If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch with our office at 262-725-7399 within 7 business days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

What happens after you’ve called us about your return?
Once you’ve called our office, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN). Including your Return Authorization Number (RAN) on the outside of the box is important. Please ship and return your purchase to us within 10 business days of receiving your Return Authorization Number (RAN).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges after these 10 business days.
Can You Return Your Product Used?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. We do not accept used products for returns or exchanges. Returns should also include any original packaging.
What Is the Shipping Policy?
Please only return the product after calling to request your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Once you’ve received the RAN, you can ship back your products for a full return or refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable for products purchased. However, if your product is defective, we will gladly cover the cost of return shipping.
